Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing and using Creator Launch Assistant, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the tool.

What You Get

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Creator Launch Assistant tool and its four interactive modules. You also receive a living Business Blueprint that updates as you complete each module. Access is lifetime — there is no subscription or expiration.

What You Can't Do

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the tool or its content.
• Share your access with others who haven't purchased.
• Scrape, copy, or republish the tool's content for commercial use.

No Guarantee of Results

Creator Launch Assistant is a decision-making tool, not business advice. Your results depend on your effort, market, and circumstances. We make no guarantee of revenue, audience growth, or business success.

Tool Availability

We strive to keep the tool accessible at all times, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time. All future updates are included with your purchase at no extra cost.

Limitation of Liability

Creator Launch Assistant is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the tool. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the tool ($17).

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the tool after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
